Olive Tree Health is founded and led by Dr. Rachel Nixon, DO, a board certified Family Medicine physician specializing in LGBTQ+ affirming care and direct primary care.
We are a membership-based direct primary care practice built around a simple idea: healthcare should feel personal again. We are especially committed to caring for those who have often felt overlooked or underserved, particularly those in the LGBTQ+ community.
